He is widely recognized for his expertise in corporate governance, international trade strategy, operational leadership and sustainable business development.
Mr. Wang is the Founder and Executive Director of Maisha Raha Co. Ltd. and the “Factory to Home” platform, initiatives focused on connecting Chinese manufacturing ecosystems with African consumer and agribusiness markets. Through these ventures, he has demonstrated strong capability in building scalable trade and retail networks while navigating complex international regulatory and commercial environments.
He possesses extensive experience in corporate governance, financial oversight, stakeholder engagement and risk management, with a proven track record of strengthening internal controls, enhancing regulatory compliance and supporting investor confidence. His expertise spans cross-border trade and investment, supply chain management, ESG integration, sustainability practices and operational strategy across multiple jurisdictions.
Mr. Wang holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Hunan Normal University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Jinan University, both in China. He is also certified in ISO 22000 Food Safety Compliance, reflecting his strong technical and regulatory competence within agribusiness and food systems management.
His broad international experience, entrepreneurial leadership and strategic insight into China–Africa trade relations position him to provide valuable independent oversight and strategic guidance as a Non-Executive Director.
